Safety
- The front door combination lock opens with unique 10 digit number assigned to each guest. This code is only valid during your stay--there are no duplicate codes, and no keys floating around.
- All windows are double-pane and have double locks.
- Smoke and CO2 alarms are installed in all sleeping areas as well as a monitored master smoke alarm. Batteries are changed twice a year.
- Water leak detection is monitored in the laundry area.
- Flash lights and battery powered lanterns are located around the house.
- The hot tub is serviced weekly.
- The house is thoroughly professionally cleaned after each guest.
- Motion sensing lights along the front and entryway to illuminate your approach to the house.
- A first-aid kit with minimal supplies along with a small tool kit is provided in the kitchen pantry.
- Jumper cables are hanging up in the garage.
- The driveway is plowed by a service.
- The streets are plowed by the city.
- Snow-melt (salt) is located in the garage.
